We are delighted to welcome you to our apartments. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following regulations. By booking an apartment, you accept these terms and conditions.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM 

Use of the Apartments
Our apartments are rented exclusively for residential and accommodation purposes. Use for commercial purposes or events is not permitted. The use of the apartments for prostitution, escort services, or the initiation of sexual services is expressly prohibited. In the event of a violation, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without notice and have the accommodation vacated immediately. Furthermore, such violations may be reported to the relevant authorities. 

Prohibition of Illegal Activities
Any illegal activities within the apartments are prohibited. This applies in particular to: 

  • Consumption, possession, or trade of illegal drugs
  • Criminal acts
  • Commercial activities without the landlord's consent
  • Activities that lead to the disturbance of other residents
    In the event of such violations, the stay may be terminated immediately.

Visitors
The apartment may only be used by the number of persons specified at the time of booking. Passing the accommodation on to third parties or use by unregistered persons is not permitted. 

Smoking Policy
A strict no-smoking policy applies in all apartments. In case of violations, an additional cleaning fee of €250 will be charged. 

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

Use of Washing Machines and Dryers
The washing machines, dryers, and accessories in the basement laundry room are available for guests to use free of charge. Please handle the equipment with care.

Internet / Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments. The use of the internet is at your own risk. Illegal use is prohibited. 

Consideration for Others
Please be considerate of other residents and avoid excessive noise, especially during standard quiet hours.
