LuParments are fully furnished and fully equipped studio apartments. They are especially suitable for companies that require accommodations for their employees, but also for people on business trips that have temporary obligations in the Ludwigshafen and Mannheim area. Whatever the reasons for your need of a temporary home are, even if you just want to spend a few leisure days in Ludwigshafen, everyone is welcome.
The facilities and furnishings in the apartments provide a hotel-like comfort. Additionally, every LuPartment has a built in kitchen that is fully equipped, which allows you to prepare your own meals at any time. Every studio apartment is a convenient 32m2 and has its own bathroom with tub and shower curtain. Each one has a coat rack in the hallway. The bedrooms have a full bed of 140cm. All equipment is designed for 2 people.
The whole building consists of 23 LuPartments which are spread out over 6 floors. All apartments have access to an elevator. In the basement there is a recreation room and a laundry room, which can be used at any time without further additional costs costs to the renter.
